Most credits will be charged back to the original method of payment within the refund period.

We ship both from our central warehouse and directly from many of our distributors and manufacturers to insure the best availability. If your order is unavailable in our central warehouse, we may ship from one of our distributor or manufacturer partners to provide you with the best availability possible. When the product is shipped from these different locations cut off times may vary, and your chosen shipping method may not be available. We use a highly efficient inventory, shipping and delivery system-our efficiencies result in huge savings that we pass along to you! We offer a wide variety of shipping options and special deliveries. Our carriers include FedEx, United Parcel Service (UPS), U.S. Postal Service (USPS), DHL Airways, and a number of ground carriers.

Q: Restocking

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable. No refunds after 30 days.

When you need to return a product to us, please follow the easy steps listed below to make sure your return is handled promptly and efficiently. Create an RMA for your item Your product needs to be returned with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number so we can identify it. Please email ZoomByte.com's RMA department returns@zoombyte.com with the following information in the email. * Name * Phone number and extension * Fax number (optional) * ZoomByte.com invoice number, RMA# or purchase order number * Invoice date * ZoomByte.com part numbers and quantities * Description of request or issue Returns Procedures To return defective product follow these procedures: 1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing returns@zoombyte.com 2. Write the RMA number on the original shipping label, not on the box. 3. Include one RMA per carton. Box up the item you’re returning and send it to: ZoomByte.com Returns ATTN: [Your RMA Number] 1010 N. Central Ave Suite #317 Glendale, CA 91202 You’ll receive an email once your shipment is received at our RMA facility. You’ll receive another email once your package has been opened and your RMA has been reviewed & approved. It usually takes 2-5 business days from the time we receive your shipment to review and approve your RMA.
